One perspective of a holy ziggurat.

The Sage does not live on a mountaintop.
The Sage is not a supernatural entity chosen by the divine.
The Sage is someone who built a life for themselves that they are proud of.
A life they value, understand, and can sustain.

In their time they are peaceful and humble,
but do not allow themselves to be exploited.
In their work they are clever and quick,
but do not try to exploit anyone.
Their steps are slow, but firmly planted on the ground.
Their eyes see everything, but react to nothing.
In their simplicity, the sage is immovable.

The Sage does not live on a mountaintop.
The Sage is a mountain.

A person can be a Sage,
a community can be a Sage,
an institution can be a Sage,
and through a Sage culture,
people can experience the divine;
a man-made mountain.
