The energy comes at us from all directions. Sometimes we know the source and sometimes we don’t. Sometimes we are the source, but don’t know it.
This energy builds images in our minds, and the images compel action. If the energy is anxious, the images are of what makes us anxious. If the energy is sadness, then the images are of what makes us sad.
If the energy is indeed our own, and we are aware of this, then the images will make sense and have context in our lives and the action they compel will be beneficial.
We can know that the source of the energy is someone in our lives, and we might see their situation better than they can. Then it is beneficial to use the images the energy creates to communicate our perspective. That way we avoid accidentally hurting them with our logical biases.
If we do not know the source of the energy the images will be our own false prophecy, pulled directly from our imagination. And if we act on them we will be guilty of manifesting self-fulfilling prophecies.
A wise person makes time in their lives to sift through this energy, and the images it creates, to be sure of what they are creating in this world.
