Experience is the foundation of understanding, not knowledge. Authoritarianism and Totalitarianism are always based on knowledge, not experience. Thus, these governing structures can never evolve fast enough because they suppress spontaneity.

Spontaneity is necessary for survival and reproduction.

The political and social structures of human societies will always be in a constant state of flux. Like a murmuration of starlings shifting and weaving, splitting apart and coming back together again, in a beautiful dance of apparent chaos, organized at a level we can never fully understand. The environment demands it, and our evolution depends on it.
