Every stage of life is made better, more efficient, if we prepare for it: career, marriage, having children, children leaving home,.. and, most importantly, old age and death. The principle is simple; we cannot start anything new until we let go of everything old. This is true at every level of individuality; individual person, individual family, individual community, individual nation… et cetera.

The United States as we know it is dying and there is no way to save it. This should not be frightening. It is a natural evolution. Empires rise and empires fall. The western economic empire is falling as the eastern economic empire rises.

There are many people and agencies trying to alter this, but they are holding on to too much of the past. They are trying to manipulate some levels of individuality without letting go at their own level of individuality. This will not change anything. It will only cause senseless conflict as those things they refuse to let go of slowly erode away.

Building a new vision of the future must include every level of individuality, but begin with our own. This will also cause conflict,.. but at least it will not be senseless.

A building conflict instead of an eroding conflict.
