The best governing system for a population of individual people is not the same as the best governing system for a population of individual corporations,.. or individual militaries.

A nation must prioritize, and develop a system that protects those priorities, or it will experience a slow shift in governing priority away from the meek individual and towards ever stronger conglomerates.

If a nation shifts too far, too fast, all will be lost.
