There is no such thing as a free market. Not in this day and age. We have evolved too far. Markets are either controlled by organized criminals, honest governments, or a little of both.
The idea of a free market is sold to the public to keep them from wanting to democratize the market place. And, just like with a Ouija board, the people most vocal about keeping the markets free are the ones who are secretly controlling them.
If I were a betting man, I would wager that the idea of Free Market Capitalism was created by the old aristocracy as a means to transition into the new world without losing any of their power. A survival strategy really,.. like an octopus developing camouflage. From what I have seen so far, what I have learned, this Great Reset is no different. Just a means for the current power to evolve into the future without losing their position.
To make a more equitable world, we must evolve ourselves and shift our focus of economics from ownership of property and wealth, a perspective that corrupts politics and nurtures the pursuit of power, to that of shared responsibility. (A shared responsibility that is based on our own understanding of our environment, not a concept of shared responsibility sold to us by a corporation selling a product.) And we must do this as individuals, rebels without permission or approval, intent on building new communities from scratch.
