if a person is very disciplined in their routines, 
the manipulator might become desperate and 
go to lengths to disrupt even the most internal routines. 

Germ warfare, or 
     toxic contamination… 
          physical or emotional,.. 

maybe not enough to kill, 
     only to make sick,.. 

just to derail, 
     to dominate.

There is really no difference between trying to help and trying to hurt if the person is not consenting, or even aware. It is all just an effort to control.
