Living in alignment is when the act of our labor, and the result of our labor, is suited to our personality and contributes to our identity.

Living out of alignment is when our labor serves another’s personality and identity more than our own.

All of my writing explores aspects of consciousness and evolution. I often call it mind archaeology, as the act of writing the stories, essays, and prose can reveal shards of ideas and concepts that I then assemble into a larger document that is my own philosophy. Something I call “Maciolekism”.
