We must work to survive the people who only live to fight for dominance, but do everything in their power to avoid responsibility once they have won.

They are not wrong. They are simply being who they are and playing their role. The rest of us must rise to the challenge and be who we are,.. play our role.

• The hive would collapse:
  • if the drone bees stood around watching what the soldier bees were doing,
  • if the soldier bees allowed the drones to tell them what to do, and
  • if the drones allowed the soldiers to tell them what to do.

If we are not able to play our role, then we have five options available to us:

1. Do Nothing: Doing Nothing is when an individual accepts the judgment of Chance or someone else’s will (which, from their perspective, is also Chance).
2. Migrate (Flight): Migration is when an individual relocates to an environment that it can find balance with.
3. Compete (Fight): To Fight is to accept the judgment of competition with other individuals in the environment. [During a Fight, the Fight becomes its own environment, within which all options can be used to achieve victory… Think in fractals.]
4. Adapt: Adaptation is changing our own individuality to better fit a changing environment.
5. Create: Creation is changing our environment to better suit our static individuality.

If an individual does not find balance within its environment it will die.
