The worst government is a vehicle of control used by a few against the masses.

All good governments evolve towards bad governments, step by step, through increasing corruption. This corruption occurs because we all crave different types of control. These differences are how they exploit us. Like a parent who lies to their children, playing them off each other to keep them distrustful, so the parent can remain in the center and in control.

Bad governments never evolve towards good governments,.. but they can change their masks from time to time.
